SANITATION PROCESS

We want to make sure we're doing everything we can to provide a safe delivery. We are CDC compliant in our deliveries.

Do NOT volunteer to get groceries if you are sick in any way!

  •  Take your temperature before you leave and do not go shopping if you have a fever, cough or are sneezing. Shop at less busy times to avoid excessive contact with other people.

  • Cover your mouth and nose with a cloth face cover when around others.

  •  Do NOT go shopping on behalf of someone else if you are coughing or sneezing as the disease is usually spread

  • through droplets generated when an infected person coughs or sneezes.

  • Keep at least 6 feet between yourself and others. Wipe down high contact surfaces.

  • Most stores provide free wipes, but if those are not available, bring your own to wipe down cart handles and use them to open freezer doors.

  • Wash your hands before and after shopping. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol, covering all surfaces of your hands and rubbing them together until they feel dry.

  • Gloves do not protect you from spreading the disease so be sure to:

  • Avoid touching your face while shopping.

  • Clean your trunk and only place groceries in the trunk of your car during delivery.

  • Sanitize your hands and put on gloves after exiting your car when you drop off the groceries.

  • Wipe down products, including individual boxes or cans, before leaving the groceries at least 6 feet from recipient’s door.
