We're fortunate enough to be able to partner with Tabitha's Way local food pantries of Spanish Fork and American Fork and Earth Community Gardens.
Tabitha's Way Local Food Pantry was founded in June 2010 by Wendy & Jody Osborne, after Wendy felt inspired to help the food insecure in her local community of South Utah County. Wendy started her pantry in a small location on the backside of the business complex next to Stone Drug in Spanish Fork.
Then in 2012, Tabitha’s Way moved into a larger space on Main Street in Spanish Fork to accommodate the growing needs of the community. In 2016, Tabitha’s Way was able to purchase and renovate a building located at 45 East 100 North in Spanish Fork, which became their new permanent home in March 2018.
Today their Spanish Fork location provides food assistance to the food insecure in a service area of Springville to Santaquin.
When the COVID-19 pandemic happened, many of Tabitha's clients were unable to go to the pantry to receive the much needed food. We were able to partner with Tabitha's Way to provide delivery to their clients along with our regular grocery delivery services.
Tabitha's Way has 9,156 client shoppers and has provided approximately 1.6 million meals in 2020.
Both Earth Community Garden and Holladay Community Garden act as an umbrella organization for various community gardens all over. We manage, sponsor and invest in gardens than look to bring about community building, peace and justice through sound methods of tending to gardens. Each garden that we develop, promote or fund is unique in regards to how the garden operates with the populations they serve.

We have many civic services that we provide to our communities including; fruit picking, gardeners' markets, and free classes/workshops. We seek to work closely with ALL cities and organization to create similar groups within their communities. We love giving ideas and support to such groups, wherever they may be."

Ideally, we would all be growing and consuming fresh, locally sourced food. However, we realize that hunger most often cannot wait the several months it takes to plant and grow your own food. There are also millions of pounds of food and grocery store waste being put into the landfills each day! So we help distribute this food to prevent it from becoming more human waste for the Earth. This food waste is both an environmental concern and a humanitarian concern that will ultimately effect the gardens we wish to grow.
